On August 31, 2008,
St. Paul's
opened its doors
in welcome to
Rev. Yia Zong Vang
and the Hmong Community.
This group has grown from six members
to almost thirty in just a few
short months
and is now holding its worship service in our
sanctuary at 11:00 a .m. each Sunday.
On November 14, 2010, St.
Paul's was
privileged to install Moses Thao as
Vicar of New Light Lutheran Church,
the name selected for the Hmong
community. He will assume the care of
New Light and Pastor Vang will be leaving
to continue his work as a
missionary
at large.
We ask the Lord's continued blessings on
this
new ministry at St. Paul's -- Brown Deer.
